Hello — it’s taken me a little longer than planned, but most soaps are now back in stock. Thank you so much for your patience while I found my way back into the studio.
A small heads‑up to avoid any disappointment: I’ll be away again from 2 March to 28 March, and there’ll be no shipping during that time. Any orders placed while I’m away will be posted as soon as I’m back.
SHIPPING POLICY
All packaging is either compostable or fully recyclable. I aim to ship all orders within 3-5 working days using Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK deliveries. Please note that the above time frame and the shipping method may change as we approach Christmas.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I do not offer returns or refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph it and reply to your order confirmation email so I can send you new product and issue a claim with my shipping partner.
